Listing Performance Pledge

Monarch Brokers, and it's associates will execute and make a part of the listing contract, this Listing Performance Pledge.

We pledge to you, the seller, we shall actively service and market your property for the term of the listing period.

Based upon the initial commission rate, this pledge also ensures your rate will be lowered at one half percent every three months, and will continue to decrease during the term of the listing, until your property sells!!

Should you choose to extend your listing for another full term, prior to the expiration of the original contract, Monarch Brokers shall begin that contract with a commission rate at one half percent less than the original.
